FAQ's
Who do I give this voucher to?
Private and public schools and churches are eligible, as well as music studios and individual piano teachers. If you're unsure if a venue is eligible, you can always check with us first.
How many can the school or church use at one time?
As many as they can get – up to the full value of the service! However, the vouchers themselves have no cash value, so any balance will not be credited or given as change.
How long are they good for?
There will be an expiration written on the voucher, six months past the date of your piano's service. Vouchers need to be surrendered when redeemed, and they are only honored by Heppler Piano, LLC.
How do I get them?
Vouchers will be on the bottom of each receipt for regular tunings or regulation work. Evaluations and appraisals do not qualify.
Can they be given to a school, church or studio outside of the Gallatin Valley?
Yes, although that does not obligate Aaron or Elizabeth to make special trips for tunings. Tuning and service trips outside our home area will be scheduled as usual, clustering appointments together for practicality. Any additional travel charges will not be covered by the vouchers. Our service area currently stretches from Butte or Helena to Big Timber, and White Sulphur Springs to West Yellowstone
Can these vouchers be applied to other work, like re-covering keytops, or installing Dampp-Chaser systems?
Vouchers will be usable towards all labor charges, however, parts charges are excluded from this program.
